1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused, new condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, documentation, and accessories.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Watches must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage. If the item has been worn or shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for return.

Note: Custom, engraved, or personalized watches are non-returnable, unless they are defective.

2. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for all returns.
  3. Shipping the Item Back: Package the item securely, including all original materials (boxes, tags, and accessories). Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in new, unused condition, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and processed your returned item. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late Returns
